Service Delivery Policy

    Forfeiture Policy:

    Any unused sessions after 30 days will be considered forfeited.

    Service Terms:

    Coaching is a one-time service; expired sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

    Session Details:

    Each coaching package includes a minimum of 1 hour of one-on-one coaching; additional time requires separate payment.

    Availability:

    Session timing depends on coach availability, although we aim to accommodate your preferred schedule.

    • Delivery timelines may vary based on in-game conditions, order volume, or specific requests
    • All services are provided digitally; no physical items will be shipped
