Refund Policy

At Novastar HK Limited, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality digital gaming services. However, refund requests will only be considered under the specific circumstances outlined below.

  1. Eligible Refunds

    You may be eligible for a refund if:

    • The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe
    • The service has not started within 48 hours of full payment and no valid explanation was provided
    • A duplicate payment was made unintentionally
  2. Ineligible Refunds

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Services that are partially or fully completed
    • Account bans, suspensions, or penalties resulting from the use of our services
    • A change of mind or dissatisfaction after the order has been placed and accepted
  3. How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, you must:

    • Email team@kurozume.com within 7 days of your order date
    • Provide your Order ID and a brief explanation of the reason for your request
  4. Processing Time

    Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.
